Days at the Beach

We wake to a beautiful day  and a fantastic blueberry French toast casserole breakfast.  First order of business is beach frolicking.

The house is a block from the ocean.  We simply pass by the beachfront properties, cross the walk way over the dunes and we're on the beach.  The Robbs have organized to have beach chairs and two umbrellas set up every morning by a local agency.  It's very convenient.

Carol and Gosia build a sand castle.

Following a day at the beach, one works up a thirst.
One evening's dinner is at Blue Point Restaurant in Corrolla, NC.  The food is excellent.  Chef Sam comes by to chat.  Carol Robbs was an intern of his when she was in chefs school. CJ has a beautiful piece of slight seared raw tuna and Carol enjoys a very large serving of branzino.
