The Trip to St. Meloir

It's time to relocate to Saint Meloir des Ondes. Didier and Jocelyne have set a picturesque village lunch destination for us. Their selection of restaurant is excellent. We begin with an entrĂ©e of oysters. It's followed by a smoked trout mousse.  Then, it's time for the main show.  They have recommended a main of stingray over potatoes.  We are still remembering the flavors.

This is the incredible stingray dish.
The claim to fame of this village is the pink rocks along the coast. On this overcast and misty day, the pinkness of the rocks doesn't portray well.

CJ is on a quest to find a harbor that is locked from the tide.  Success is at hand. Some boats are high and dry beyond the harbor while the majority of boats are safely locked afloat within the harbor.
