Farm to Table Dining

There is a nearby (less than 2 miles) farm that carries produce, milk (from the cows in the barn with the produce) and a few other products.  We'll visit multiple times during the week and enjoy farm to table dining. On the first visit, we arrive to the mooing of cows.

Father roams about greeting folks, son and wife run the operation with children pitching in on Le Weekend.
 The current offerings.
So far, the fastest farm to table experience has been under 2 hours.

The father of the owner is 88 years old and tells fascinating stories of the Battle of Brest.  His farm was bombed repeatedly since the Germans had located huge naval guns nearby and when the US Army attacked Brest then turned the three of the four guns that were not in a pillbox around to defend the city attracting the immediate attention of American bombers.  I'll post more on this in a later post.
