Saturday morning we make a quick run to Norwood to pick up a brioche, specially ordered from a French pastry chef. He was so pleased to get an order from someone who knew what she was ordering and appreciated his craft that goes into its preparation. To CJ it looks like a loaf of bread.
Back at the apartment CJ's having a bad day. He walks into the closed slider door twice. One knock gives him quite a bump over the eye. Now we know why they put those strips on hotel sliders.
Beautiful sunsets continue to entertain us.
Carol saw this Asian poached chicken salad recipe on local TV. Healthy can be delicious.
Sunday we visited the Adelaide Hills for lunch with Dave and Kathy at Bridgewater Mill. The best order was the sausage plate.
After lunch we return to tour the paddock of their spread. The longer they live there the more self sustaining they become.
On the return to Adelaide, we stop to check-out the Stirling Christmas market. It's a bit disappointing.
We spend the remainder of the day watching the Perth test.
The next morning we drive to the East End to solve some banking issues before returning the vehicle. Morning physio appointments give way to the final day of the test.
