The first wine tasting on Wednesday is at Samson Tall. For eight years a young couple attempted to purchase a Bed and Breakfast located in a small chapel. On the nine year they succeeded. They ran the B&B for two years before turning it into a winery. This is a small winery. The only employees of their cellar door are the husband and wife.
On arrival we meet Paul Wilson, the owner and winemaker who offers up our choice of seats. He is a very low key fellow. As his PR says, the dog is their best sales person. He is correct.
That building across the vineyard is our next wine tasting.
