Our first overnight outing since the start of COVID lockdown is to McLaren Vale. We booked the Grape Pickers Cottage back in April. Since refunding our money became a problem we told them to keep the money and we'd come later in the year. Now we are here.
The place was a shambles when purchased by John and Ann Baxter. A million or so later and an excellent Aussie TV program on the project later, it is now a fine BnB.
