We have nearly come to the end of winter and we have yet to enjoy raclette. While the machine is out we will conduct a raclette evening with Bronwyn & Neil, and a week later another one with James and Jackie.
The grill surface is loaded with potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, prosciutto, and zucchini. Beneath the raclette cheese is melting in the individual paddles.On our last get together with the Mullins, Neil mentioned he had enjoyed a Kalleske Durif. This evening CJ serves three different Kalleske Durif bottles.
These are the wines consumed at the Mullins dinner. We suspect there will be a couple fewer during the Hahn evening.
