Ballaboosta

When we lived here, the place we select for today's lunch was a laundromat. The Asian woman who ran the place ironed CJ's work shirts. It has been turned into a restaurant and is always booked out.

We beg a seat at a shared table for lunch. Ballaboosta bills itself as the restaurant where Greek meets Middle Eastern.

Today's host is "PJ". With his instant connection and name recognition with "CJ", on our first visit, we are suddenly neighborhood regulars. The food is very good. We know why they are always booked out; regardless of time of day.

 

Ballaboosta is destined to become a local go to eatery.
