It's been busy the past few days. Perhaps we can have a quiet, relaxing day. Right!
While Carol is off to the market, CJ works on staining the board for Neil's gift.
Having returned home, we decide to have lunch at a different Dumpling King, now that ours is burnt down. It's pretty much the same.
Today CJ bikes the West Parklands. He meanders through them the entire length of West Terrace; all the way to and through the enormous Catholic Cemetery. He returns via the West Terrace sidewalk bike path.
After the active day, we enjoy a simple dinner in apartment watching the 30th annual Christmas in the Domain caroling show from Sydney
This evening the Oval is rugged out in blue. The Australian team green and gold lighting is gone and replaced for the Big Bash season by Striker blue. On our horizon it's joined by a near full moon and construction crane with its own changing colored lights.
This is the color laden view looking west up North Terrace. The Adelaide Convention Centre is tbe purple in front of the Morphett St. bridge, the red and blue building is part of the UniSA and the building behind it whose lighting washes out the definition of the building is a University of Adelaide building.
