A few months ago a knowledgeable beer server informed us that he and a mate were embarking on a three week beer adventure in Belgium. This week he was gracious enough to transfer those findings to us.
On our last evening in the U.S. we met a wine importer at a Spanish wine tasting. His company is headquartered in Bordeaux. He volunteered to set up a few special tastings for us while we're visiting the south of France. Perhaps we'll be blessed further with unanticipated adventures.
CJ has turned off and checked his work computer until we return. Our bartender at the British Airways lounge, Jerry, is conducting a designer cocktail hour and has designated us his official tasters. Stress is subsiding quickly. See you in Brussels
