I post about bins because I can; and it is presently the neighborhood's entertainment. The trucks pass by to empty the bins in the afternoon. In the days before the run of bin pinching, we'd pay no attention to them and retrieve them when we returned from somewhere or whenever the spirit moved us.
These days a consortium of neighbors keeps a keen eye for the truck and we're out to retrieve the bins immediately as James is doing here.
