CJ's Circumnavigation of Adelaide

On New Year's Eve, CJ set out on a short bike ride prior to the Adelaide Striker's Big Bash League woman's/men's doubleheader.

He apparently was in good form.  He circumnavigated the bloody city, the entire Adelaide Central Business District (CBD). For the first time he made it to the south and east parklands.  After taking the short route across the West Parklands, he crossed into the South Parklands at the first crossing down Anzac Highway.

There is a beautiful garden in the South Parklands.

 

Before he knew it he was crossing the East Parklands in our old neighborhood. Construction is already underway for the March car race through the city streets and parklands.

The return across North Terrace is a bit scary.  He needs to find a better return route.
