Football at the ManCave

CJ is off to another event at the mancave. Tom Mullins is a soccer (football) fanatic. This evening one of the Eurocup 2020 games (postponed from last year due to COVID) is on television. Tom's father-in-law loves grilling lamb. The two have married up to put on an event.

In addition to the usual beer guzzling lads, there are several blokes CJ does not know. There is always some sport on the big screen. Tonight it is corn hole. Only in America, the event is coming from Las Vegas, could one make a professional living from throwing small bean bags at a hole in an inclined piece of plywood. One must admit, these pros are very good.

This evening's fare is grilled lamb served on fresh bakery rolls, with an array of hot sauces.
The gathering time was 6pm. I discover that the game does not begin until 10pm. That is the same time that Rafa's match is scheduled to begin at the French Open.

Four hours is a lot of time to kill. Even the lads get bored watching sports. They decide to play beer pong. If you look closely, you can see the orange ping pong ball attempting to hit the cup.

After good food, good beer, and chatting with the Cheryl, Jim (Tom's F-I-L), and the lads, CJ decides he would rather watch tennis than get trashed watching soccer. Tom sees him to his Uber ride.
