Candlelight Quartet Concert @ Adelaide Town Hall

We have returned to the small room at Adelaide Town Hall for our fourth Candlelight concert. They have changed the configuration of the room for this event. Instead of the stage at the end of the room, today the stage is in the center of the room. Our seats, the most expensive of the four tiers of pricing are in the two rows closest to the stage.

In today's concert, a quartet of four women play Vivaldi's Four Seasons. These four women have played together for over 20 years. There are two violins, a viola, and a cello.

The concert is brilliant. After the concert, CJ cannot stop babbling. He is amazed by the way the performers control both the volume and sound. How do they produce all those changes in loudness?
