The second cassoulet dinner is with Neil and Bronwyn.
The plated cassoulet with beans, duck leg, sausage, various other meats and such magnificent sauce. This is CJ's favorite meal.
We began with a Pol Roger champagne and followed with four bottles of red (only a bottle per person).
