A CJ Day in Adelaide

CJ leaves on his bike for physical therapy. It is a two mile, 15-20 minute ride which is dependent on the number of red lights encountered along the route. There are 8 lights along the way. One particularly frustrating day was when he arrived at most of them just as they turned red. That was a 25 minute ride.

After physical therapy, CJ rode to Rundle Mall for an appointment and shopping. Being a school holiday week, downtown was jammed with people. The food mall underneath Myer department store was slammed. Rundle Mall and Rundle Street were so crowded CJ used an alternative route bypassing the heavily used thoroughfare.

Poor CJ. Having not been able to get fast food in the food court and thwarted from his second choice (a good burger shop), he's been dubiously forced to take lunch refuge at the Belgium Beer Bar. How much more suffering can the boy take.

CJ had been pining for a schnitzel. The lunch forced upon him today is a chicken schnitzel platter. And the height of his indignity is being forced to wash it down with a Leffe Bruin. O the Horror!
It is a beautiful day. Most patrons are dining on the outdoor patio. For whatever reason, the early afternoon dining is more than 75% female. There are a couple of couples but there are three large female groups.
