We will eventually get more than seven meals from Carol's weeks of cassoulet preparation. Sharing the cassoulet with friends will be our first dinner parties since returning to Tomsey; now that our dining chairs have finally arrived after a more than two month wait.
The Hahn's are the first to christen our dining room. Note that the cap on the bottle of rose has CJ written on it. The winemaker had set this bottle aside for us and delivered it with our last order.
The cassoulet looks magnificent. Two very good red wines, one from Langmeil and one from Angas Plains accompany the meal. James is impressed by the less expensive Langhorne Creek cabernet.
