Afternoon Walk to Bar Torino

CJ had spent the morning biking to the west side for physical therapy, biking to the cricket match, and then across Rundle Mall for shopping. It is a warm spring day and on the return ride he's up for a beer. After locking his bike to a post, he realizes Bar Torino is not yet open. Bummer!

A couple of hours later, after another trying day working on our 2019 taxes, Carol suggests we walk to Bar Torino for an afternoon drink. That is a capital idea.

If you ask Carol what ANY flower is in the US, she knows the answer. On this short couple of block walk, flowers stump her over and over.

Bar Torino is a few blocks from the house. One of the bartenders, Gin, is a fellow Syracuse graduate; a bizarre coincidence. CJ begins with a local brew from Port Adelaide, a Pirate Life OG stout. His second drink is a Celtic red ale from Victoria. Carol's drink is a spring nigroni.
