Genovesa Island - Friday - Part II

CJ signed up for the two-person kayak but his partner opted to snorkel and he did not feel like a solo kayak.

In the afternoon, CJ goes on the dry landing to Prince Phillip's Steps. It is not a long climb but it is a difficult climb of irregular steps.

Once on the top of the bluff, the terrain is rocky on the far side with vegetation on the near side. The marine iguanas are smaller on the island because they must walk long distances to and from the water to feed.

This is the location of the owls.

There are more red footed boobies and mating frigate birds.

There is a unique cactus on this island.

This is a look at Prince Phillip's Stairs.
