Fino Vino

This evening we have tickets to Evita. Jackie recommended it. We decide to try a new restaurant, Fino Vino. It is a popular wine bar.

The food is magnificent. Imagine an Italian restaurant serving tapas by a Greek. We begin with charred sourdough focaccia and hummus. It is followed by grilled octopus. Gallaecian octopus is the best but it is not grilled. This is the best grilled octopus we have had. Absolutely brilliant! How good are these dishes? We have second orders of the focaccia and the octopus.

This dish is Southern Bluefin tuna with radish, fennel, sprouted lentils, and fermented chili.
Reviewers heap praise on the crema catalana desert. The praise is well deserved. Add us to the list of converts.
