Soi 38

Following an early Fringe show at the Belgium, we walk a couple of blocks to one of our two favorite Thai restaurants, Soi 38.

We enjoy another marvelous meal. The depth of the flavors are incredible.

Carol has their pad Thai for her main and CJ gets adventurous with a Mossman curry. 

Did he like the curry? This is the plate when he was finished.

Following dinner, we have a chat with Executive Chef, Terry Intarakhamhaeng. Carol was in the dental chair when Terry's son was at the other practice that shares the building with our dentist. CJ overheard Terry talking about their impending move of this restaurant to a larger venue while maintaining this location as a new start.
