Planes, trains, cars, shuttles and feet

After driving to Dulles Airport via a couple of days at CJ's office in Northern Virginia, British Airways delivered us to Madrid via London. A shuttle deposited us at Madrid's Atocha Train Station where the AVE delivered us to Malaga; sometimes at speeds at or over 301 km/hr (highest Carol observed). That's 187 mph; perhaps the fastest we've ever traveled over land.

A short walk, never really leaving the train station and we are in our hotel. With little sleep en route, we're fighting off the urge to crash hoping to stay up for at least another three hours.  Wish us luck.
