A Day Docked in Bordeaux

Today we were scheduled to be in Cadillac. Likely because of the schedule of the tides, today and tomorrow have been switched. 

The oyster tasting follows Carol and Jocelyne's cooking class.

The oyster farmer shucking fresh oysters. They began by serving three oysters per person. When attendance wasn't as expected, they served a second pass of two oysters. CJ managed to get 10 oysters, apparently the cruise record. It pays to be close to the servers.

After dinner dancing. Nominated by his 'harem' of 13 medical professionals from the US as the cruise's "Dancing Queen", Didier took a spin with Carol.
