Fiji - Day 6

It's our final day of relaxation in Fiji. It's a day of packing, rest, enjoying the bura and reflection.

It's a day to tip the marvelous lady who's been making CJ's killer omelets, the ones loaded with chilis. The previous day she put his huge bunch of chilis in the pan and the steam that came off the pan caused five people to back up while beginning to cough.

We use the day to monitor the coming and going of the tide. There is a full moon and the tide swings this year are bigger than the ones last year. At low tide, the entire ladder is dry. At high tide the sea is above the post by six to nine inches.

The post is well underwater below.

This swing is over the water at high tide.

Our favorite driver Joe is back. He takes us on a tour of the ocean side of the resort.

Why are our fish over at Randy's ladder this year? No fair!

Carol has Radi make us reservations at the Fish Bar for our final dinner. We arrive in time to watch the fire lighting ceremony and the sunset.
We will be departing on the full moon.
