Dining in Niseko

Breakfast is a mix of Western and Japanese food. A good quarter of the guests come to breakfast in their hotel-supplied pajamas. CJ has a mixed plate of smoked salmon, pineapple, steamed shrimp dumplings, bacon, curry fritter, and Japanese fried chicken.

Our first dinner is a Kumo, the Skye Niseko restaurant. We share a delicious tuna roll and a prawn roll.
The second evening we have dinner at our sister hotel, Ki Niseko. We dine at An Dining. This will be the best meal of the week. In Elliot they also have the best bartender. As we are departing the restaurant, he stops us and offers free tastes of a couple of sake and whiskeys.

The beef cheeks are divine, this sake one of the best we've tasted, the uni sushi very good. the oysters are delicious similar to Sydney rock or a great oyster we had in San Francisco, The fresh scallop is the only disappointing item on the menu. The tempura prawns were yet another highlight of the meal.

It's only Monday and we've already had two marvelous dinners. More next time.
