July Trip to Atlanta

We managed another visit to spend time with mom in July. We tried something new on the old girl and she came through with flying colors.  How about a visit to Ponce Market and a fine Szechuan lunch of spicy Chinese at Jai Restaurant.

Yes, those are huge Hunan chilis.

It was a culinary weekend with handmade ice cream again at Frozen Cow, a fine breakfast at Another Broken Egg, not one but two fine pizzas from Zucca Bar & Pizzeria compliments of a botched delivery by Grubhub.

She passed her second culinary test of the weekend when she enjoyed the takeout meal of West Indies food (from da islands man) Chris' Caribbean Bistro.

During downtime, CJ was organizing beer tastings.
On our way out of town we decided to ship two pair of shoes home.  The post office doesn't accept liquor boxes for shipment.  The wonderful postal lady peppered the box with priority stickers and sent it along for us.
